I’m posting this to document an ongoing sanitation issue that has significantly worsened since this building opened and became fully occupied. As the number of residents and dogs increased, there has been a noticeable and consistent rise in dog waste being left directly on the sidewalks surrounding the property. Over time, the conditions have become unsanitary and unpleasant for neighbors and pedestrians who use this block daily. This is not an occasional occurrence. it has been a repeated and visible issue. I made multiple attempts to resolve this privately before posting. When I contacted the leasing office, they did not address the conditions on their sidewalks and instead redirected me to a property manager email inbox. Despite sending several emails with photos documenting the issue, I have not received any response. The photos included with this review reflect what I have personally observed. These are just a small sample of the ongoing issue. I hope management takes proactive steps to address cleanline

I had an awesome tour of the 1-bedroom! Shaquille who showed me around was super nice, funny, and really informative. She knew the place inside and out and answered all of my questions without rushing me at all. The tour felt relaxed but professional, and it honestly made the whole experience way better than I expected. If you’re touring here, you’re in great hands!

I just toured Hagert and York and let me just say this place is beautiful and so well kept up! with. I toured with Shaquila and she was such a pleasure. UPDATE !!! If you are applying please be aware of this. When I came for my tour Shaquila told me when you apply you’ll be paying the $50 application fee, the $350 amenity fee and the $500 security fee and if you pay within 3 days you’ll get you amenity and security deposit back. I applied around Dec 31 and it took 2 weeks of me begging to know if I was disapproved or not but they claim they were having technical difficulties that’s why it took so long for me to know if I was approved or not. Only to find out my application was approved due to my boyfriend having a criminal background, which THEY ACCEPT NO TENANTS WITH A CRIMINAL BACKGROUND. Which was not said on touring day. I said ok because it their policy. So she said she will give me deposits back. It took almost another 3 weeks to even know the payment method of how I wasn’t my security deposit. I got th

I just toured Hagert and York and let me just say this place is beautiful and so well kept up! with. I toured with Shaquila and she was such a pleasure. She was friendly and answered every question I have. The residents there know and love her. Hagert and York smelt so good inside and was clean. The residents and community at Hagert and York seemed nice and friendly. The amenities were so cool, nice gym, cafe, lounge areas, and rooftop. I can’t wait to move here.

I lived here for 3 months in a furnished apartment through landing and within these 3 months Ive had more issues than in the three years I lived in university city. My car was broken into twice and lost packages. The leasing office and landing both refused to help or do anything. Please think twice before moving in.

Love living here! Neighbors are friendly and the amenities are great. The staff are helpful and responsive too if you need anything. Also there’s a ton of events every month and a free resident happy hour every Friday.
