Shaquila is amazing. She is the person you should ask for if you want a tour. She is so kind and EVERYONE said hi to her. Love the space excited to move.

I just toured Hagert and York and let me just say this place is beautiful and so well kept up! with. I toured with Shaquila and she was such a pleasure. She was friendly and answered every question I have. The residents there know and love her. Hagert and York smelt so good inside and was clean. The residents and community at Hagert and York seemed nice and friendly. The amenities were so cool, nice gym, cafe, lounge areas, and rooftop. I can’t wait to move here.

I lived here for 3 months in a furnished apartment through landing and within these 3 months Ive had more issues than in the three years I lived in university city. My car was broken into twice and lost packages. The leasing office and landing both refused to help or do anything. Please think twice before moving in.

Love living here! Neighbors are friendly and the amenities are great. The staff are helpful and responsive too if you need anything. Also there’s a ton of events every month and a free resident happy hour every Friday.

Definitely worth checking out! Henry made our tour fun yet extremely informative! He made sure we covered every detail without leaving us feeling overwhelmed! Shout out to Henry and this awesome place!

So grateful that this building was my first apartment in Philly! The friendly residents and staff made my move here super easy. My unit was incredibly clean when I moved in, and all amenity spaces are always clean. Such a fun community to be a part of!

This is the best apartment building I’ve lived in so far and trust me I’m picky! Everyone is super helpful and very welcoming. Maintenance is amazing and very fast. The place is very clean and all the amenities are beautiful. There are lots of activities and the location is great, walking distance from bars and restaurants. Don’t hesitate to move in here! Talk to Shaquila if you need anything, she’s always there to help.

I was sold on Hagart & York with the cafe, fully equipped gym, and terrace. I also love the tall windows in the apartment. It makes my first apartment in Philly an unforgettable experience. The tour and move was also a nice experience with the help of Shaquila at Hagart & York. She showed us all the amenities, let us take our time viewing the apartment, and answered all of our questions. I'm very happy with my apartment choice!
